Sounds great! I do smoked salmon in place of the bacon on a salmon, lettuce, tomato (SLT). Everything is made better with bacon though.
Yes it seems that everything is better with bacon, I like the smoke salmon idea, salty and smoky like bacon, thanks for your comment, Greg

A variation of the classic using local king salmon. Simply grilled salmon fillet, crisp smoky bacon, tomato and lettuce. One of the many ways to eat Salmon and a good one at that.
