1 chicken leg, cooked and shredded
2 corn tortillas, torn into large pieces 2 ounce enchilada sauce or salsa
1 whole egg
1 pinch shredded cheese
1/2 yellow onion, sliced thin
1. Saute the chicken, onions and tortilla's in a dash of oil.
2. Add the egg and scramble, when cooked add the sauce and the cheese.
3. Plate and garnish with chopped cilantro.
