4 oz Fresh Albacore, diced
1 Roma Tomato, diced
1 Tablespoon, capers, drained and rinsed
1 clove chopped garlic
2 Tablespoons, extra virgin olive oil
1 handful, dried spaghetti
1. Cooked the pasta in boiling salted water till done, drain.
2. Saute the tuna, tomato, garlic, chili flakes in olive oil.
3. Add capers and pasta, toss well and serve in warmed bowls.
